Website Terms

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting plumbinginmoreno.com, operated by the site operator doing business as MoVal Plumbing & Drain, you agree to these Terms. They apply to the website only, and do not cover any written estimate, invoice, or signed service agreement for plumbing work at your property. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

2. Website Information and No On-Site Diagnosis

Articles, guides, and FAQ content are general education, not a diagnosis of any specific problem at your property, and not professional or engineering advice. Reading a guide is not a substitute for an on-site inspection.

If you smell gas or notice sewage exposure, an electrical hazard, or water you can’t control, leave the area and contact your gas utility or emergency services from a safe location. Do not attempt a gas-line repair yourself, and do not rely on this website to walk you through one.

3. Service Estimates and Separate Service Agreements

Service descriptions and general scope information on this site are informational only and are not a binding offer to perform work on specific terms. The details of your project are confirmed only after we evaluate the actual conditions at your property.

Plumbing work we perform is governed by a separate signed agreement, work order, or invoice exchanged directly between you and the site operator — that document, not this site, sets the approved scope of work and timeline.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial use related to our services. Do not scrape or republish site content commercially, interfere with the site or its security, transmit unlawful content, impersonate our staff, or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

Text, layout, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by or used with permission. “MoVal Plumbing & Drain” and associated logos are marks used by the site operator. Non-commercial quoting or linking is permitted with credit.

6. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party sites, such as permit portals or utility providers, for convenience. A link doesn’t mean we endorse or control that site. Always confirm current requirements directly with the relevant agency or provider.

7. Disclaimers

This site is provided “as is,” without representations or assurances of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by California law. Local rules, permits, and utility service areas can change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the site operator and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits protections in a separate signed service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
